Award Criteria

• 30% Overall Performance (KPI) : Demonstrates measurable values used to assess the organization’s success in meeting overall people goals. The awardee maintains outstanding KPIs, particularly ones that look at a company’s overall performance and those that drill down into organizational processes.
• 25% Organizational Accomplishments : Identified evidence-based organizational practices pioneered by the awardee enabling professionals at all levels to utilize and maximize their skills, knowledge, experience, and creativity, while improving efficiency.
• 20% Workplace Innovation : Identified evidence-based organizational practices relating to the award pioneered by the awardee that enables employees at all levels to utilize and maximize their skills, knowledge, experience, and creativity, while improving efficiency.
• 10% Employee Approval : Positive information exchanged by employees (formally or informally) regarding the organization’s overall culture and work environment
• 10% Accolades : Supporting documentation including any awards received for leadership or excellence, internal reports, newsletters, and media coverage are examples of supporting documentation.
