• 30% Workplace Innovation : Identified evidence-based organizational practices relating to the award pioneered by the awardee that enables employees at all levels to utilize and maximize their skills, knowledge, experience, and creativity, while improving efficiency.
• 30% Employee Approval : Positive information exchanged by employees (formally or informally) regarding the organization’s overall culture and work environment
• 10% Accolades : Supporting documentation including any awards received for leadership or excellence, internal reports, newsletters, and media coverage are examples of supporting documentation.
