• 30% Employee Approval : Positive information exchanged by employees (formally or informally) regarding the organization’s overall culture and work environment
• 10% Accolades : Supporting documentation including any awards received for leadership or excellence, internal reports, newsletters, and media coverage are examples of supporting documentation.
