• 30% Workplace Innovation : Identified evidence-based organizational practices relating to global initiative and innovation pioneered by the awardee showing massive corporate impact.
• 25% Social Responsibility : Demonstrates ethical behavior and sensitivity towards social, cultural, economic, and environmental issues.
• 10% Accolades : Supporting documentation including any awards received for leadership or excellence, internal reports, newsletters, and media coverage are examples of supporting documentation.
