Award Criteria

• 35% Community Accomplishments : Described how the awardee demonstrated pioneering programs and active community, labor, and industry involvement over the years.
• 30% Social Responsibility : Demonstrates the awardee’s ethical practices and sensitivity to social, cultural, economic, and environmental issues affecting the community in general.
• 25% Social Harmony : Promotes equality, fairness, and freedom from contention as well as valuing, expressing, and promoting trust, peace, harmony, respect, generosity, and equity in its community.
• 10% Accolades : Supporting documentation including any awards received for service excellence, internal reports, newsletters, and media coverage are examples of supporting documentation.
