• 25% Social Responsibility : Demonstrates being ethical and sensitive to social, cultural, economic, and environmental issues when conducting business.
• 10% Accolades : Supporting documentation including any awards received for leadership or excellence, internal reports, newsletters, and media coverage are examples of supporting documentation.
