• 30% Organizational Accomplishments : Identified evidence-based organizational practices pioneered by the awardee enabling professionals at all levels to utilize and maximize their skills, knowledge, experience, and creativity, while improving efficiency.
• 25% Social Responsibility : Demonstrates being ethical and sensitive to social, cultural, economic, and environmental issues when conducting business.
• 10% Accolades : Supporting documentation including any awards received for leadership or excellence, internal reports, newsletters, and media coverage are examples of supporting documentation.
