Award Criteria

• 40% Workplace Innovation : Identified evidence-based organizational practices relating to human-centric culture embracing new practices that focus on bringing greater humanity in the ways of management, employee development, etc, pioneered by the CEO.
• 35% Organizational Accomplishments : Described all specific achievements of the individual, organization, or team relating to the award over the previous years.
• 15% Employee Approval : Positive information exchanged by employees (formally or informally) regarding the organization’s overall culture and work environment
• 10% Accolades : Supporting documentation including any awards received for leadership or excellence, internal reports, newsletters, and media coverage are examples of supporting documentation.
